Sooo easy to cook. Everything is spelled out and very clear I love making her recipes. She may not be a real chef but she knows exactly what today's family on the go needs!

most are really easy to fix. and she even has some short cuts to make it easier.

They are quite easy to cook and usually only have a few ingredients. Don't expect to actually make them in 30 minutes if you are a novice cook, though.

The 30 minute meals are convenient and easy enough for new cooks. The regular recipes aren't though.
Most of Rachel's stuff is pretty easy....depends on how much you really cook. She is usually who I recommend to people who are a little shy about cooking.
